New Commercial Work

Closed Cell Spray Foam Insulation Sprayed to Walls and Underside of Roof Deck

Closed cell spray foam insulation is applied directly to the metal walls and roof deck substrate at 3" inch thickness creating a complete building insulation envelope. The recommended closed cell spray foam thickness for metal buildings is 3 inches for the underside of roof deck and 2 inches for the perimeter walls and gable ends. The owner for this particular project requested 3 inches on the entire building to increase the structural integrity. This is the 1st of 2 identical 300' x 100' warehouses that Advanced Spray Foam has successfully completed for this client.

Closed Cell Spray Foam Insulation Underside of Concrete Slab

We applied 2 inches of closed cell spray foam directly to the gravel substrate as a thermal barrier prior to the installation of the heated 8 inch thick concrete floor.
